Mr. Freeze is the President and CEO of UniComData, a Dallas-based technology business that specializes in voice, video, and data. He is a businessman with over twenty years of experience in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, professional services, retail, and technology. Mr. Freeze began his career in public accounting and worked for eleven years in a variety of roles and responsibilities. He then began a career in professional sales, working for software companies Oracle and SAP, and the professional services firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers. His experience includes working with for-profit entities as well as not-for-profit and governmental entities. He has extensive experience working with companies of all sizes, from SMB (small to medium sized business) to Fortune 50.

Mr. Freeze has always worked in a customer-serving capacity, and holds customer satisfaction as his highest priority. His volunteer work includes serving as a Partner in Dallas Social Venture Partners and as a Clara Barton Society member of the American Red Cross.

Hugh Christiansen serves as our IT Manager and has been with the company for over nine years and in the IT industry for over 20 years. Prior to joining UniComData, Mr. Christiansen served six years in the U.S. Army where he specialized in satellite communications systems and electronics repair which required extensive troubleshooting skills. His training for this area accelerated a BSEE degree into a twelve month period and he was one of eight who graduated from a class of sixty. He has extensive experience setting IT policy and direction for companies and implementing network infrastructures, directories, and messaging solutions using various products including Microsoft and Linux.

Mr. Christiansen has also developed and implemented numerous websites using HTML, PHP, MySQL and Javascript. He maintains multiple industry certifications with leading organizations such as Cisco, CompTIA, Toshiba, Microsoft, Adtran, ShoreTel, Polycom, and Dell. Certifications specific to Microsoft include:

Ed Hamling serves as our Service Manager. A veteran of the US Army, Mr. Hamling has been actively working in the telecommunications industry since 1987. He began as a technician, once held the position of Field Operations Manager for a four state region with a national company, and also owned and operated his own company for a while. He has been with UniComData for over five years. Mr. Hamling has an extensive background in managing projects, configuring and troubleshooting networks, and implementing TDM and VoIP systems. Mr. Hamling holds numerous industry certifications with leading organizations such as CompTIA, Toshiba, Adtran, ShoreTel, and Polycom.
